Understanding the Fees

If your agreement specifies the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations Arbitration Institute (AACCSA Arbitration Institute) as the forum for dispute resolution, arbitration fees are calculated in accordance with the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules (Amended 2017). The fee structure defines a progressive Arbitrator’s Fee and an Administrative Fee.

  • Filing/Registration Fee: 4,500.00 ETB
  • Arbitrator/Mediator Appointment Fee: 3,000.00 ETB
  • Ad-Hoc Service Fee: 8,000.00 ETB per three months
